I provide in-classroom, in-person workshops inspiring children with the fun of drawing and contributing and collaborating on illustration work. I’ve worked with nursery classes running pen discos, after school art clubs developing term-wide art and storytelling projects and class-by-class sessions designing cartoon characters and telling stories through illustration.
“Martin visited our school during our Well-Being Week. We were lucky to have Martin spend the whole day with us where he worked with children from Reception to Year 6.
Martin encouraged the children to draw step-by-step with clear instructions and a positive/fun attitude. He was always there to help children who needed some support and offered a lot of praise to the wonderful pieces produced. The children were thrilled with their drawings and enjoyed taking them home.
Our staff all commented on how lovely it was to see the children so excited about their work! All of the workshops were engaging and appropriate for our year groups. The children were very quick to nominate Martin’s workshops as their favourite activity from the week.
Martin is all-time favourite for our school and we would not hesitate to have him visit us again. Thank you so much, Martin!”
